Emergency Translator, Wrong Lyrics
On the night ENHYPEN’s comeback showcase goes live, two lifelong ENGENE fan-club members (best friends with matching lightsticks) get an “emergency translator” badge by mistake and end up backstage with the group—plus a malfunctioning karaoke booth that auto-sings their edited fan chants in real time. When the audience hears a lyric they definitely didn’t write, the members must choose between stopping the broadcast (and ruining hours of rehearsals) or letting it play and “performing” the chaotic wrong lyrics with sincere faces. The only way out is to run a series of ridiculous backstage tasks—resetting mic levels with condiment bottles, swapping sound checks while dodging security, and borrowing a producer’s lucky tie that keeps launching into awkward falsetto. The clock hits zero when the karaoke booth prints a “final lyric card” that cannot be recalled, and the next song begins with the card already taped to the main stage monitor.
